Money Comes but Doesn't Stay? Check These Vastu Problems in Your Home

Dr. Mandeep C Saini

Two possible sources, and one is more likely

Money arriving and not staying is one of the most common financial complaints there is, and it has two candidate explanations.

The chart, where it reads from the relationship between the 2nd house, which is income and accumulation, and the 12th, which is outflow. Where those are connected, money moves through rather than settling, and it does so regardless of which house the person lives in.

The property, where it reads from the zones associated with storage and outflow, and from what has accumulated in them.

In most cases the chart explains more, because the pattern usually predates the address. The property is worth examining because it is cheaper to address and because, where it is a factor, the fixes cost almost nothing.

Run the chronological test first

This costs nothing and it usually settles the question.

Did this start when you moved? If the pattern began within a few months of arriving somewhere and nothing else significant changed, the property is a genuine candidate.

Has it followed you? If you have had this problem in three homes and two jobs, no building is producing it. The common factor is not the house.

Did it start at a move that coincided with something else? Then both may be involved, and separating them means looking at comparable periods at earlier addresses.

Kundli vs Vastu: which one is actually causing the problem works through that properly, and paisa kab aayega covers the chart side of retention in detail.

What the property side actually looks at

Where the building is a candidate, four things carry the weight. All four are unglamorous, and three of them cost nothing.

Where money and valuables are kept, and what condition that place is in. The zone matters, and so does whether the place itself is orderly or is functioning as a drawer where everything ends up.

Accumulated clutter in the zones associated with storage. Weight and disorder in a zone that should hold rather than churn is among the most common findings in any property, and clearing it requires a decision rather than a budget.

Water and drainage. Leaks, dripping taps, blocked drains and anything in poor repair. The tradition reads outflow symbolically here; a plumber reads it literally. Both point at the same action, which is usually a sign the advice is sound.

The entrance. What greets a person arriving, what is stored there, and whether it has become the place where things pile up.

Notice that every one of these is also just good housekeeping. That overlap is not a weakness of the method. It is why the recommendations are safe to follow whether or not you accept the underlying framework.

What has to be read against your chart

A generic list of money Vastu tips has a hard limit, and it is worth naming.

Which zones carry weight depends on which planets are prominent in the charts of the people living there. The same corner of the same house does not have equal significance for two different households, which is why two families in one property correctly receive different reports.

Without birth details an assessment can map a property and list what it finds. It cannot say which findings matter to you, and an unranked list of twenty observations is a research project rather than advice. Why can the same house be good for one person but not another sets out the mechanism, and should Vastu be checked according to your kundli makes the case for reading the two together.

The strongest warning in this article

Money Vastu is where objects get sold hardest, and the reason is obvious: the person being sold to is already worried about money.

Be most suspicious here. Genuine first-tier recommendations are placement and clearing, neither of which costs anything. A remedy that must be purchased, particularly from whoever diagnosed the problem, is a commercial transaction wearing the clothes of an assessment.

The ordering is the test. Recommendations should run placement, then colour and material, then fittings, then structural work last and almost never reached. An assessment that arrives quickly at objects or at building work has stopped assessing. Can Vastu be corrected without breaking walls sets that ordering out.

What actually fixes a retention problem

Whichever source it turns out to be, the responses that work are the same and none of them is purchased.

Move the money before it can be reached. For a person with this pattern the inconvenience is the mechanism rather than a flaw in the arrangement.

Let someone else hold the books, particularly where the issue is attention rather than capability.

Do not commit off a good month. Commitments sized against the best quarter of the last two years is how most of the damage happens.

Clear the physical clutter anyway. It costs nothing, it takes a weekend, and it is the one recommendation that is worth doing regardless of which explanation turns out to be right.

The order to do this in

Read the chart first, because it is cheaper and because it usually explains more. If it names a 2nd-to-12th pattern, you have your answer and the structural response follows.

Then, if the pattern began at a move, have the property assessed against the charts of the people living in it. Expect two or three findings in the first tier rather than a list, and expect the recommendations to be things you do rather than things you buy.

A money and profession reading covers the chart. An Astro Vastu consultation covers the property, read against the occupants rather than in the abstract.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which is more likely, the house or the chart?

The chart, in most cases. A retention pattern that has followed someone across several homes and jobs is not being produced by any of them. The property is worth checking when the pattern began at a move and not before.

Do I need to buy anything to fix money Vastu?

No, and this is the area where objects get sold hardest. Genuine first-tier recommendations are placement and clearing, and neither costs anything. Be most suspicious of a purchased remedy for a money problem, because the person selling it knows you are worried about money.

Is a leaking tap really a Vastu problem?

It is a maintenance problem that the tradition also reads symbolically. Fix it because it wastes water and money. Whether you accept the symbolic layer or not, the action is the same, which is usually a sign the advice is sound.

My income is fine and I still save nothing.

That is precisely the retention pattern, and it means the answer is not more income. In the chart it reads from the 2nd to 12th relationship. In practice it responds to structure: money moved somewhere inconvenient before it can be reached.

Can Vastu increase my income?

Treat that claim with real caution. A property assessment can remove friction; it does not generate revenue. Anyone promising an income increase from a room layout has moved from assessment to sales.
