What a tool cannot do
Calculation is not interpretation.
A chart generator is arithmetic. It places the planets correctly and stops there. It does not know which chains in your chart dominate, which are under pressure this year, or which of the patterns it has drawn actually matters to the decision in front of you.
That is not a limitation of the software. Reading is a separate skill, and the honest position is that a free chart is a starting point rather than an answer.

About the tools.
- Are these tools really free?
- Yes. Generating a chart, checking compatibility, reading dasha periods and looking up the panchang cost nothing and need no account. Some deeper prediction engines on AstroBNN sit behind membership, and the tools listed here do not.
- How accurate is a free chart?
- The calculation is accurate. What it cannot do is interpret. A chart tells you where the planets were; a reading tells you what the chains between them tend to produce and when they are active, and that is the part a consultation is for.
- What if I do not know my birth time?
- The chart will still cast, and everything that depends on the rising sign becomes unreliable, because the rising sign changes roughly every two hours. Treat a chart built on a guessed time as indicative only.
- Do I need to create an account?
- Not for these. AstroBNN offers an account so charts can be saved and returned to, which is useful if you are learning, and none of the tools above require one.
